LocalNI provides a hyperlink to the BBC Weather web service.  It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure acceptance and compliance with the relevant BBC’s terms and conditions of use before accessing weather information via the hyperlink. Berina Ltd accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the information retrieved through this service.

 

Nothing contained within this TCU or anywhere within the Site should be construed as conferring a licence under any of Berina Ltd.’s or any third party’s intellectual or property of data rights.
